Treasury & Sustainability

A dynamic percentage (6.5% / 8%) of all trading fees, after referral rewards have been distributed, will be allocated to the Jaguar Treasury. This treasury serves as the financial backbone of the ecosystem, ensuring continuous growth, stability, and long-term sustainability.

Primary Uses of the Treasury:

• Marketing & Growth Campaigns – Funding ongoing promotional efforts, influencer partnerships, and strategic brand awareness initiatives to expand Jaguar’s user base.

• Community Engagement – Supporting events, contests, and giveaways to strengthen community loyalty and encourage platform participation.

• Ongoing Development – Providing resources for feature updates, security audits, infrastructure scaling, and innovation within the Jaguar Terminal and Trading Bot.

• Emergency Fund – Maintaining a reserve to address non-user-related malfunctions, unforeseen technical issues, or critical operational needs without impacting user funds.

Revenue Amplification Strategy: Once the treasury reaches a healthy liquidity threshold, it will engage in on-chain trading strategies to generate additional yield. Profits from these operations will be allocated as follows:

• Buybacks – Purchasing Jaguar tokens from the open market to support price stability and create positive market pressure.

• Increased Reward Pools – Boosting revenue share distributions to token holders, enhancing the incentive to hold and participate in the ecosystem.

Token Allocation to the Treasury 16% of the total Jaguar token supply will be reserved for the treasury. This allocation ensures the treasury has an immediate operational base while also benefiting from future trading fee contributions. Most of the treasury allocation will be vested, ensuring a gradual and responsible release of tokens that aligns with long-term sustainability goals.
