## Standard Fee

* Jaguar applies a **0.9% transaction fee** on all trades executed through the Bot or Terminal.

## Discounted Tiers

Users unlock permanent fee reductions as their lifetime trading volume grows. Referral user volume accelerates the discounts faster:<br>

## Fee Distribution

#### Referral Program (20–35%)

* The first allocation of fees goes directly to referrals. If no referral is used, 100% of fees go directly to the ecosystem.
* Standard rate: **20% of all fees**.
* Loyalty Program participants can boost this up to **30%**.
* If referral trading volume exceeds $10K, an additional 5% boost applies.

This ensures strong community-driven growth by rewarding users who onboard new traders.

#### Ecosystem (65–80%)&#x20;

After referral rewards are paid out, the remaining fees are split across three key areas:

* **60% → Buybacks & Revenue Sharing**
  * **Buybacks & Burns**: Jaguar uses fees to repurchase tokens from the market and permanently burn them, reducing supply and creating ongoing buy pressure.
  * **Revenue Sharing**: Rewards distributed back to holders, with a **time-weighted boost** favoring long-term commitment.
  * The balance between buybacks and revenue sharing is dynamic — early phases may focus more on buy pressure to support price growth, while later phases can emphasize holder rewards.
